250i machines.... i effin love em.... ive finally found a machine that can handle the rigors that we put a machine through.... in some areas of the concrete molds, there is up to 80 ft of continuos weld.... other machines have melted down in the past couple weeks....

the long flat sections (the mold skins) are made of 4 by 10 ft sheets of 7 ga (3/16) material... if ya look in my signature and see the 800 ton break... it'll do 1/2 inch thick the same way, but only 10 ft long is the longest i can do... 2 pieces spliced together
