    sandman, I recommend the advice from Jody@weldingtipsandtricks.com.........he put out a video about practicing tig by welding aluminum, check out his video........Aluminum Welding Training on your own at home - YouTube!
    I found it very helpful, learning to TIG.....and I agree with his statement, If you get proficient on aluminum, other metals get easier!

    Looks good,turned out nice.I think i would have made the bumper about 3" to 4" longer on each side,but that is just my taste.Looks like you run BF Goodrich A/T tires.I am a fan of those tires for my 4X4 also.Your truck looks great.

    nice job sandman,looks really good. bedliner will hold up better than paint against stone chips & dings i would think.

    Agreed. I'd still drive the wheels off of it though. ^_^

    With good adhesion, it's not going anywhere unless he decides to use the rig for high speed brush clearing.
