Multi-Process Convenience

The LONGEVITY WeldMax 164i is a first to market multi-process welder that allows the user to DC TIG/STICK
and Plasma Cut all from one portable machine. The WeldMax 205i combines three processes into one with a 200amp DC TIG Welder, a 160amp STICK Welder, and 50amp Pilot Arc Plasma Cutter with the flip of a switch. – making it the perfect model for the fabricator!

Thermal Overload Protection

LONGEVITY has included thermal overload protection
which informs the user when the duty cycle has been
exceeded shutting down the unit in a safe matter until it
has been cooled to adequate temperatures to proceed
welding.

Efficient Inverter Technology

With inverter technology, LONGEVITY has once again
revolutionized the industry by producing a portable, yet
powerful machine that can be operated with a generator,
perfect for the ON-THE-GO welding. Inverter technology
emphasizes portability, yet the efficiency and reliability of
the Soft Switching components allows for the ultimate
welding experience.

Panel or Foot Pedal Control

The control panel gives the operator the power to
change the welding parameters at his fingertips.
LONGEVITY understands that the foot pedal may be
inconvenient to use sometimes which is why it allows the
user to control welding parameters with its easy to uses
control panel. If you do like to have two free hands, the
foot pedal will be a great addition to the welding
experience.

High Frequency TIG Start

The WeldMax 205i has an easy to use DC TIG function that will allow you to weld all exotic metals except aluminum. Easy to set and easy to use, you do not have to scratch start the tungsten to strike an arc. The high frequency TIG start is an excellent option for beginners and professionals.

Dual Voltage (110v/220v)

Not only is it portable, but you are able to operate the
WeldMax 205i on 110 or 220 volts. Simply select the
desired plug, and the machine will auto detect the input
allowing you to weld at the shop or on the go! Did we
mention these units are generator friendly?

Pilot Arc Plasma Cutter

With the WeldMax 205i, the plasma cutter features
Pilot Arc system automatically senses loss of voltage, and
re-ignites the Pilot Arc allowing for the torch head to
maintain an arc when cutting. This is effective allowing
you to not worry about the cutting height, cut speed, and
it allows you to cut expanded metal. Pilot Arc technology
allows for you to always have power to the arc which
increases your cutting speed and assists with uneven
cutting surfaces.

Digital Meter Display

The WeldMax 205i features digital meters displaying your
amperage to allow customers to adjust the unit to any
amperage quickly, accurately, and easily for TIG, STICK,
and Plasma Cutter functions.

    Excellent 3 in 1 functionality Review by Paul
    I am glad that has made such purchase that gives me 3 in 1 functionality. It completely suits my needs. Now, I can use Tig and stick welding and plasma cutting combined in one machine that saved me a lot of money. Dual voltage expands the area of its use. Pilot Arc capability increases consumables life while cutting, and thermal overload protection makes the machine safe and reliable.

    This super 3 in 1 machine which I recently bought iseems to meet all my needs in a workshop. I often use plasma cutter for steel plates. Plasma cutter in WeldMax 205i is able to cut everything what I need. Actually, I use other stick welder, but this multifunction is useful backup. Besides, I like its portability and easy control.
