20-50 Amp Cutting Range

Whether you are cutting thin gauge materials or exotic metals up to 1” severance mild steel. The ForceCut® 50i offers superior cutting power for the price!

Pilot Arc Technology

With the ForceCut® 50i plasma cutter, the Pilot Arc system automatically senses loss of voltage, andre-ignites the Pilot Arc allowing for the torch head tomaintain an arc when cutting.

Blowback Arc Start

The ForceCut® 50i starts the arc by creating an internal
spark to ignite the plasma arc. By using air pressure to
move the electrode against the nozzle, the ForceCut® 40i creates the arc without any need for high frequency. This allows for easier CNC table integration without the worry of interference.

Efficient IGBT Inverter Technology

IGBT technology has taken the welding industry to newlevels. It gives us the ability to offer smaller units that weigh less while increasing efficiency.

Front Mounted Regulators and Gauge

LONGEVITY offers easy accessibility by using front mounted regulators and Gauge on the ForceCut® 60i. An easy pull and turn to adjust the air pressure and a push to lock it in is all it takes, no fumbling around to the back to adjust settings. You will be able to see the pressure on theunit.

Digital meters

The ForceCut 50i uses digital meters to allow customers to adjust the unit to any amperage quickly, accurately and easily.

CNC Torch Setting

LONGEVITY offers a CNC Torch setting which keeps thetorch on while cutting. This setting is ideal for those workingwith CNC cutters without voltage sensing. Anotherway, we make CNC integration easier.

Industrial Duty Cycle

The ForceCut® 50i is no lightweight cutter! With a dutycycle of 60% at maximum power the ForceCut® 60i is amachine that does not quickly abandon you half way through a job.

Effective cutting machine Review by Henry
I confirm that it is an effective machine to cut a wide range of materials including aluminum. The cutting process turns out clean. Cutting power is superior. I am glad to have made a good choice with Longevity. (Posted on Apr 27,2013)

Powerful plasma cutter at the competitive price Review by Alex
I have to do a lot of cutting job in a shop. Therefore, I decided to buy FORCECUT 50i. This powerful machine that I got at the competitive price satisfied me with its performance, easy operation, and simple adjusting. Now, due to Pilot Arc capability, I use consumables much longer because there is no need to touch the tip to the work piece every time to initiate the arc.
