IGBT Welder

IGBT Welders are the latest technology in Welding Equipment provided by Longevity. IGBT welding machines such as the ARC/STICK, MIG, and TIG are designed for the industrial or commercial usage as they are a slight bit heavier but not exceeding 80lbs and the IGBT technology used inside allow them to withstand more heat through the IGBT chips, which allows Longevity to the unit for longer duty cycles and at higher amps. Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) welder is the newest technology in welding that is offer by Longevity Welding at www.longevity-inc.com

IGBT Welders: A Better Understanding

The IGBT welder machine are an acronym for insulate gate bipolar transistor and they are mainly semiconductor devices which are well known for their ability to switch quite fast within the chips. These welders are also renowned for the high efficiency they provide as they can also be used in most of your common households, but are designed for commercial and industrial use. The conductor used in IGBT welders can also be found in common electric cars, some high tech stereos and some multi speed refrigerators. You can even find them in some latest energy efficient vehicles such as Prius and even some other hybrids which have hit the roads.

The basis process the IGBT welder uses to work is that they are capable to have extremely high volume of current and can have low voltage saturation compared to MOSFET welding equipment, which cannot take such high current. Therefore, Longevity launched the IGBT Welding lineup in order provide welders with some of the most reliable commercial welding equipment available on the market. Additionally, these welding devices also come with three terminal power systems which are made up of a power transistor, a gate, and a bipolar. All the terminals are combined inside the mechanism that harness and control a huge amount of energy in the apparatus. The power supply system in the main device that controls the power stages through the fast switches is included in the latest Longevity IGBT welder machines. The IGBT welders would generally come equipped with software and a microprocessor which can increase the effectiveness and usability of the welding machine. Most of the IGBT welders, also has interface which generally has a digital display which are easily readable and user friendly. This digital display is designed of outstanding quality to offer the exact measures.

However, when it comes to using these IGBT welder machines you will find most of the professionals using the ArcMate M200 IGBT MIG welder renowned for its high quality, affordable IGBT Welder Price, and excellent durability. The IGBT welder machine comes with 220-240VAC single phase, the rated input power is 4.8Kva, rated input current is 22amps and the no load voltage is 4.8. This machine comes with all the abovementioned feature and they even have a five year parts and labor warranty period. This power supply machine can actually harness and easily provide electricity for different types of welding processes. Additionally, Longevity offers IGBT TIG Welders, which are also used for more commercial applications, which operate with a Tungsten Inert Gas or TIG welding process and there is also the Manual Metal Arc or MMA welding procedure also known as ARC/STICK Welding, which also use IGBT technology provided y Longevity. As there are different options available in welding process there are also different types of amperage and current you will need. With the demand for more commercial welding applications, Longevity is here to deliver with a full line up of IGBT STICK/ARC, TIG, and MIG Welders.
