Stick Holders

DIN Sizes:

Stick holders are pretty simple to select as all they do is hold the stick rod. When selecting the right stick rod holder also sometimes referred to as an arc rod holder, you want to make sure you get one that is rated for the amps output of your machine. Almost all of the stick holder rods we offer are rated at a minimum of 300 amps. Also, when selecting your stick or arc holder make sure you have the right DIN size that matches your machine. Typically, smaller LONGEVITY stick welders will use a small size DIN and the larger units, the stick cables will have a larger DIN.

LONGEVITY stick welders are some of the most reliable machines on the market. We offer excellent quality stick holders that are durable, and are available in various lengths. Stick Welding (SMAW or Shielded Metal Arc) is a process which melts and joins metal by heating them with an arc between a covered electrode and the workpiece. Shielding gas comes from the electrode's outer coating, also known as flux.
