STICKWELD 200 STICK/TIG Welder

The Longevity STICKWELD 200 is an excellent portable, yet powerful stick welder that is capable of welding 6010 cellulose electrodes for deeper penetrating rods. This lightweight inverter technology stick welder weighs in at 27 lbs and ranges in amperage from 30-200 Amps. The STICKWELD 200 comes with a slot for the shoulder strap, stick holder, and ground clamp.

6010 and 6011 Cellulose Electrodes

With the STICKWELD 200, you are able to weld 6010 cellulose electrodes that are considered hard to penetrate and cannot be done with an average stick welder. The 6010 electrodes are proven to be the Toughest to burn and require a good power source for penetration. With the power and surge of the STICKWELD 200, you will be able to maximize penetration while using 6010 and 6011 rods.

Digital Meter Display

The STICKWELD 200 features digital meters displaying your amperage to allow customers to adjust the unit to any amperage quickly, accurately, and easily.

Stick Holder and Stick Electrodes

The Longevity STICKWELD 200 features an industrial stick holder rated at 200 amps. Equipped with a strong spring for clamping the electrode rods perfectly every time and capable of hold rods up to 3/8" thick and will weld with your most common electrodes.
